Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your vintage treasures! Because our items are unique, pre-owned, and often fragile, we have a specific return process:
Return Window: Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: A standard 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, including items being sent back for a different selection. This fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the labor of inspection and re-listing.
Bullion & Coins Special Terms: Due to extreme market volatility and the nature of precious metals, all sales of bullion, gold, and silver coins are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or price adjustments on these items once the order is confirmed.
Items Not in Original State: To qualify for a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee), items must be returned in their exact as-sent condition.
Jewelry: Must be unworn and unaltered.
Toys: Must include all original parts and packaging.
Condition Deduction: If an item is returned with new wear, damage, or missing components, a further deduction of up to 50% will be applied in addition to the standard 10% restocking fee to account for the loss in resale value.
Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs).
No Exchanges: Since our items are unique, vintage and/or one-of-a-kind, we do not have similar replacement items and cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to switch an item for a different one, the original item must be "returned" following the standard return process (including the 10% restocking fee), and the new item must be purchased as a separate transaction.
